John is an acclaimed expert with global expertise in every facet of hospitality. With over 40 years of experience, John Small has held key management positions at some of the world’s leading Hotels and Resorts and hospitality businesses including the Shangri La Hotel - Singapore, Block Hotels - Africa, Sun City Resort - South Africa, Sugarbush Resort - Vermont, and Sitmar Cruises, Royal Viking Line and Princess Cruise Lines, Royal Lahaina Resort – Maui, and the Waiohai and Poipu Beach Resorts on Kauai. Under his management, these entities received worldwide recognition as leaders in their specific industry.

Most recently, before founding Azzurro, John founded and managed for 19 years, ResortCom International, a leading Management and Financial Services organization in the Mixed Use Resort industry. John is considered a leading expert in the field. Prior to ResortCom International he was a Senior Vice President of RCI, and CEO of RCI Management, which provided resort management service to the Vacation Ownership Industry. During his time with RCI Management, he was instrumental in growing RCIM from 19 resorts to over 43, in three and a half years. During his tenure, RCIM won 40 American Resort Development Association (ARDA) awards, and most recently was named as the Employer of the Year in the category of Timeshare Resorts.

Sari Dewi, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for Azzurro International - Bali, Indonesia

Sari Dewi is the founding partner of Ray White Indonesia, a leader in residential real estate with specialities in buying, selling, or renting. After launching in 1997 with six offices, Ray White Indonesia’s presence grew in three years to 40 businesses. Today the network’s 160 offices are located in 25 cities across 17 provinces with more than 2,000 salespeople. The ambition is to have 250 offices by 2020. Sari is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Ray White Indonesia.

He has held senior leadership positions at esteemed organizations such as Crane Resorts, Royal Westmoreland, Light (formerly Generator Systems), and Merlin Software. Mike’s strengths include creating innovative ownership models, leading high-performing teams, and crafting tailored solutions that meet evolving market demands. As a recognized thought leader, he has presented insights on sales technologies and consumer trends at international industry conferences. Currently, Mike leads the global expansion of Merlin Software, supporting the hospitality industry with modern technology solutions for today’s owners and guests.

His expertise spans financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive reporting. Globally experienced, Peter has led M&A efforts, audits, and contract negotiations across diverse markets. He is a forward-thinking leader, having implemented over 15 software platforms, including cloud-based systems that enhance organizational decision-making. Peter excels at cross-functional management, fostering collaboration to break down silos and improve operational efficiency. Luis Namnum was the former President and CEO of Allegro Vacation Club Mexico and Caribbean, President and CEO Occidental Vacation Club, and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Occidental Hotels and Resorts worldwide. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in managing Hotel Sales and Marketing for hotel groups with multiple resort properties in the Caribbean, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Central America. He is the Owner and current Managing Partner of Cayacoa Golf Club in the Dominican Republic.

Jim Marmorstone has over 23 years of vacation ownership and land subdivision experience. Previously, he was the Executive Vice President of Operations for Tempus Resorts International Ltd. He was also Senior Vice President of Interval International from 1995 to 2000 and President of Wells Fargo Realty Services from 1981 to 1990. He has worked with Sage Systems and Meridian Financial and founded Tenstar Corp. in 1990.
