Concept Plan

Azzurro has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Meridian Development to oversee the project management of the Costa Brava Ocean Club, a masterplanned community consisting of a 60 slip marina, an 80 suite luxury boutique hotel with spa services and conference center, a 45 villa fractional project, a luxury condominium development themed as a Mediterranean Village, additional ocean front and ocean view homes.

Azzurro will oversee and manage all aspects of the sales and marketing of the mixed used development, all of the associated types of management of the finished products, such as hotel, fractional management, reservations and exchange programs, club operations, hotel, food and beverage management, and Owner Rental Program management.
